These support services include accounting, process documentation, auditing, centralized patient recruiting, marketing management, employee relations and Sponsor Business Development. This extensive back office support is also supplemented by our on-going educational training and employee support. With this support, Accel Research Companies can focus on delivering high quality fulfillment to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Sponsors and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) who retain our services.
For Pre-Clinical through Phase IV clinical research, Accel Clinical Services is staffed to support all Accel Research sites with:
- Sponsor Business Development support to identify and contract with Sponsor/CROs for our Pre-Clinical to Phase IV services
- Pre-study document collection, review and site selection
- Project tracking and development of dashboard/monitoring reports
- Negotiation and administration of trial budgets and contracts
- Financial and management accounting
- Developing patient recruiting strategies and implementing them through Accel’s centralized recruiting call center and marketing team
- Continual review of site adherence to standard operating procedures to assure compliance with trial protocol, company & industry regulations, and deliver on Accel’s relentless focus on data collection quality
- Managing all aspects of Human Resources, including managing & recruiting investigators, coordinators, management staff, and technicians; as well as, administering employee payroll and benefits.
- On-going education and support of our professionals to ensure the staff at Accel Research Companies are well-trained, continually updated with the latest procedures and technologies, and certified with industry standard credentials
